As we filter incoming information based on how we feel, what’s going on, the deadlines we have, the goals we work toward…we don’t treat conversations between people. Yet, maybe we do because we might think a conversation rambles, has no intention, or even gets into personal information that isn’t relevant and is still shared. Building relationships comes with tact and finesse not bluntness and impatience. Jess Dewell hosts panelists Nora Richardson and Dr. Federico Fioretto to explore when communication changes from intentional to sharing too much information.
